Kishon
Pronounced Kiss-shawn, is the “coolest” co-founder of FAYM.
Kishon was born and raised on the west side of the city of Detroit and is a proud former student of Renaissance College Preparatory High School, Randolph Career and Technical Center and University of Michigan - Dearborn. She also attended Michigan Institute of Real Estate and is a licensed realtor in the state of Michigan.
Positions have included but not limited to Office Manager at Farmington Hills law firm; HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist at Hospice of Michigan, and Development Associate at Hospice of Michigan. She also spends countless hours volunteering in a mentorship program. Her tenure in these rolls has helped her to recognize two very important things; 1) She thrives in difficult scenarios; and 2) she LOVES people.
When she's not working or saving the world she loves to eat, workout, shop and travel.
Amber
The "Awesome" co-founder of FAYM.
Amber's passion for tailored communication sprouted from youth --watching her parents who are marketing and sales entrepreneurs. Amber has a solid belief that communication drives thought and behavior. It is a passion to implement effective ways to help people to connect to a message, brand or movement.
Amber has been in the marketing world for over a decade targeting industries such as automotive, healthcare, energy and non-profits.
With a BA in Business Administration (major in Marketing) from Wayne State University and a Certified Scrum Master, Amber focuses in implementing measurable processes all while having fun.
